William Goodenough House now provides mixed accommodation to overseas Students and Academics with excess of 400 rooms / flats available. It re-opened in autumn 2012 following an extensive 12 month redevelopment. There are now private (ensuite) bathrooms in every study bedroom. We added two additional storeys at a cost of circa £17m.
The architects were Wilson Mason & Partners, Project Managers Arup, and Fox Curtis Murray was appointed the Client’s Clerk of Works.
