NEC Supervisor Services
In addition to performing regular Clerks of Works duties in ensuring the works are performed right the first time, an NEC Supervisor will check that they are carried out as described in the contract and that the contractor is directly fulfilling the quality standards agreed, and has the authority to give instructions on site in their hunt for defects and deficiencies. An NEC Supervisor’s duties include checking for project compliance with the works information, witness testing, monitoring for deficiencies and issuing defect certificates.
Our NEC Supervisors will also establish a strong working relationship with your contractor and their team with a team-spirited yet methodical and pragmatic attitude, to prevent or resolve disputes as and when they happen.
